I got INSPIRATION!! Some techniques, and know now that one can decide how to react! I enjoyed the trances, to meet others who are here for the same reason and so much laughter and good feelings! I want more ☺ I think this was a great introduction to my self, an excellent mixture of information and techniques and want to do this more often and not just once in a great while. It was definitely a ”feel good” day! I enjoyed myself immensely and want to learn more. THANKS!
