Our Coaches work after the following ethics:
- Total respect for the client/participant’s dignity and their right to ability to make their own decisions.
- The relationship between the Coach and the client/participant is seen as equal
- To follow NLP’s assumption to act out of integrity, independence and be impartial.
- Respect the client/ participant’s faith, values, limitations and goals.
- Honesty in relation to the clients/participants, themselves and level of competence
- Follow the highest standard, be responsible for offering efficient and challenging coaching and help the client/participant move forward.
- Not use the client’s name as reference without asking first.
- All the information that is exchanged during the sessions stays between the two parts.
- Original appointments are being held and will not be changed unless both parts agree.
- Act within the legal framework and not assist or support anyone in illegal behaviour.
- Always continue to develop our coaching skills by gathering information from the experts around the world.
