Traditional coaching
Traditional coaching is a changing process that focuses on behaviour.
During the process, the coach helps the person to achieve, or improve,
a particular achievement, that independent of context and theme is
about behaviour. Traditional coaching, for example helping athletes or
leaders is on this level.
MetaResource coaching
In MetaResource AS coach degree, we facilitate processes
that go on behind traditional coaching. We also integrate the person’s
or group’s vision, mission and experience of something that is bigger
than themselves. Through integrity and congruence, a MetaReseouce coach
helps others to establish contact with their own vision and missions by
being totally in contact with their own.

MetaResource coaching progress facilitates an evolution process that
may go on for a short or long time scale, totally depending on context
and theme. Some processes are done quickly while others require more
time. Despite the time frame, the result is insight and clarity, so
that the person is able to understand his/her potential, see solutions
and do whatever it takes to succeed, at the same time as he/she
expresses his/her inner and true self. To achieve this, it is vital
that the coach already has been through the process personally and has
worked with personal themes in process.
MetaResource coaching is a partnership between to equal partners. The
customer is the expert on their own life and job, and the coach is a
partner that asks the right questions to help the customer find their
own internal answers.
In our coach education, you learn to use relevant questions to
highlight the internal landscape so that you get an understanding of
why you do what you do. What can be changed? What is needed and what is
stopping you. You will be bale to coach in areas like management, work,
career, economy, goals and results, relations, family, friends,
children, parents, learning, personal development and health.
Our coaching degree is suitable to combine with all other competence,
and may be used for one-on-one coaching, group coaching, or as a
coaching approximation to other operations.

Licensed NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner
We see a clear level of difference between our own students and those
from other study centres. We therefore recommend external students to
use our Masteryroom beforehand.
