From that moment I was spellbound
Av Martin Kelleher
One of the abilities NLP has given me is to be more decisive and that`s how this experience began.
One of my fellow colleages Carl Alex had already booked his trip over to London and four others were considering the trip also, so when asked if I`d like to attend the seminar ”Change Your Life in 3 Days” with Dr. Richard Bandler, Paul Mc Kenna and Michael Neill.
I said YES and thought ”GO FOR IT” a trip back home to the UK with friends and colleages that have inspired me throu our experiences with our NLP studies. I knew this was going to be an unforgetable experience and it`s in English (Yes).
On arriving to London and where else but the perfect arena of all my childhood football heroes Wembley Stadium.
We were welcomed by a smiling security staff and a group of NLPèrs that greeted us and registered our arrival, giving us our id / name badges.
Our journey had just begun, smiles, positive polite people, I was already feeling at home.
Arriving in The Great Hall I felt such anticipation, seeing the stage, studeing the layout of the room, it was all very professional and I felt indeed in the right place, this was meant for me.
Tor Olav one of my colleages and I found the rest of our group of 6 and we sat ourselvs down on the third row within a nice contact of the stage.
Wow I thought how many people will be attending, people started to find their places then suddenly music filled the room.
Paul Mc Kenna and Michael Neill entered the stage throu the center isle to massive applaus and cheering. What an entrance.
From that moment I was spellbound, two differant personalities with differant ways of presenting NLP, yet it all tied together so well. I felt I was being spoken too from the stage and felt myself nodding in agreement to so much that was familier from my studies here in Norway at ”Metaresource Mastery Works”. Ok, Paul Mc Kenna is flamboyant and charismatic as so is Michael Neill yet in a more humble way.

But everything that ”our” Trine Åldstedt has taught and driven into us with a passion and commitment to keep us focused brings us back to reality.
These two guys on stage connected with each and everyone of us.
Looking around it seemed there were people from every walk of life, but little did I know that many had`nt any previous knowledge of NLP. I felt impassioned to talk to as many as I could and I asked a lady sitting beside me how she felt and what impression the seminar was making. It was her first day and she told me she was still a little sceptical so I made a point of asking her later where she told me she was understanding a lot more and she looked a lot more comfortable.
But as I`ve learnt we are all differant and our experiences differ too, I observed another lady who was sitting alone sobbing and I felt compelled to go over and ask if she needed help, she explained that while everyone was smiling and laughing her experience of the moment was a feeling of sadness, I knew from my studies that I shouldn`t touch her and ”anchor” that feeling of sadness but I felt it best to go get a ”trainer” to help this lady and within a short moment I observed at a distance that ”Steve” had the lady smiling and I felt that we all were a family that cared for the well being of each other.
After this short break it was time for Dr. Richard Bandler`s grand entrance and to what music ,well none other than Jimi Hendrix, like the music Dr. Bandler is way ahead of his time and a very down to earth guy, to say it simply he calls a spade a spade and you can either like him or not. His prescance in the room was electrifying yet so entranceing that he deserves every piece of respect that we can give him after sharing this incredible knowledge with the world.
Being able to practice techniques in english, find a common interest and longing to spread NLP to others was so strong, meeting people with a positive initative and so much positive energy has given me such a longing to help others because it has helped me to help myself.
I am a better person, more confident, motivated and HAPPY.
So Yes I did change my life in 3 days and there is always so much more .
